Let our faith drive us in our mental health awareness.
Trust in Jesus. Seek Him, know Him, love Him and serve Him.
God loved us first, be grateful for God’s Divine Mercy.
Also, let us pray fervently to overcome the struggles of mental health. The Holy Mass is the highest form of prayer. We are blessed to have the gift of faith, through the Catholic church and the Holy Eucharist.
The word ‘Eucharist’ means ‘thanksgiving’ in the Greek language. The sacrament of the Eucharist, is the source and summit of our Catholic faith.
Here is a good discussion from the Divine Mercy Sanctuary led by the Marians of the Immaculate Conception called Mental Health and Faith
Remember, “Pray, hope and don’t worry” – St. Padre Pio
St. Peter Chanel, pray for us!
Our Lady Star of the Sea, pray for us!
